10 bible verse for low self—esteem

Psalm 34:18

” the lord is close to the broken-hearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”

So many get broken and never know how to pick up the pieces Some are so use to just living day by day with sorrow that they wouldn’t know what they’re doing to themselves.

Yes you can die of a broken hurt, how you never over the pain. You become so stress that anxiety and depression kicks in and you let the devil win. He will destroy you mentally emotionally and then you would see physically.

No, is not easy to wake up one day and change but with the lords help he will show you the way. How? A lot may ask, with faith and believing there’s better things out there. Why dwell in the past when you have a whole future to look forward to.

One thing we have to learn is god is love and kind and humble. He don’t teach sorrow pain hurt stress depression anger jealousy or hate. Never compare to others who have accomplished theirs dreams even if it maybe your same dream. That means god has bigger plans for you. Let go move forward!

We let our self esteem take over and destroy what you’ve been building there’s so many verses in the Bible that can help you and it may open your eyes to new visions new opportunities in life. God never wants to see his children suffer he wants us to succeed in this world because we are not from this world. Why would i say this because we here temporarily here till the lord takes us back home to live eternal life with his glory. But we have to stay holy and follow the lords commandments.

In Psalm 46:5

The lord says;

“God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: god shall help her, and that right early.” Psalm 46:5

Meaning ” we must be willing to let go of the life we’ve planned, so as to have the life that is waiting for us.”

The reason many have a hard time believing that they may have been chosen to they may have access to gods power is because of a wall we put up of unworthiness. They are many with a past that seems to be unrealistic, or even a present that we aren’t proud of. But be assured that god new your past your present and he knows your future.

God is omnipresent which means he exists outside of time, giving him access to all of time. He knew about your hardship, your obstacles, every bad decision you’ve made, and sins you’ve made in your life. Remember god knew your every thought every move before you did it because he created you. He created and assigned a purpose for you. Your flaws and mistakes didn’t get you off the hook because all of those things were already accounted for. That was the purpose of god sending his only son to earth to help the corruption. He knew we would have shortcomings and would need redemption so he was proactive and put a plan into motion to provide you with afresh start.

God is not stuck on your perceived failures nor is he caught off guard by your mistakes. God’s purpose for your life is not contingent on perfection by your own right. God simply is looking for you to accept the gift he has for you in external life.

In 2 Corinthians 12:9

“And he said unto me, my grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will i rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

Each time the lord says ” my grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now i am glad to boast about weakness, so that the power of Christ can work through me.

We all have didn’t ways to understand this verse we. If you don’t understand it reread it as many times you can.

Just remember that there’s power in vulnerability, when you empty yourself out, the lord can fill you with his glory. But if you’re fill of yourself and acting and pretending, keeping up your image there’s no way there would be room for god. If you’ll humble yourself and get real, god almighty will help you grow.

Daily prayer:

” when times of tribulations come, help me, dear lord, to glory in them for your sake.”

Psalm 139:13-14

13: “for you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mothers womb.

14: “i praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works wonderful, i know that full well.”

God had a plan for our life’s before we were born.;Yet we live in fear of the future that he,the lord, already knows about.

Arm yourself with the Lord almighty word to gain a better perspective of who you’re created to be in his image.

So many of us aren’t happy with our own image we want to change so many things that the lord had created already in his perfection.

We bring our own self esteem down because we compare to others looks and fashion, the same way god created his garden that’s so beautiful in color and image he created us. We are all uniquely made in his perfection.

We need to learn how to love who we are first, before we look out in the world and wish we looked like our people.

No one is ever happy with how they look or what they have

The curvy person wish they look like the athletic person

And the athletic person wish they could eat like the curvy person

Saying this is proofing no one is never happy

Happiness is being blessed to breath walk speak and most importantly to see another blissful day. No so many are able to see another day.

In Galatians 2:20

” I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith of the son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.”

We receive Christ as our new source of strength and identity in life by believing in his loving sacrifice on the cross. Through the work of the Holy Spirit in us, he is able to accomplish through us what we could never accomplish on our own.

We fear so much that we lose control of our own self control, let fear take over our minds emotions and day to day life that we bring our own self esteem down. Because we don’t understand what the enemy is doing we need to let god take over on our weakest moments in life and rejoice when we are free from evil spirits who take over.

In Isaiah 41:10

” Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I with strengthen you, surely i will help you, surely I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

He speak about fear stress anxiety and also your our self-esteem situations that the only solution to every problem is letting Christ take over. If we don’t always but Christ in our day to day everything will go wrong.

Your not alone, the lord is always with you. Practice being mindful of your presence and what you say. His love is never shaken by troubles. You can take refugee in the lord and know that the sun will always shine with him by your side. Choose to believe that the lord is greater and better to conquer everything in faith with lord.

Lord, as women and men, sometimes we feel afraid and vulnerable. We fear failure, we fear opening up, loving and trusting others. We fear things we have no business fearing. You tell us in your word that each day has enough troubles of its own and that we need not to borrow trouble. Set a guard over our hearts, father, so that we will not fear, stress, or bring our self esteem down. Calm our spirits, we pray, that we might rest in you again my Lord. You are in control, even in the worst situations we know in you my lord we will not crumble. Amen

God has not given us the spirit of worry ,of doubt , of lower self esteem, anxiety, depression or stress, but of discipline and love to overcome the challenges we face on a day to day bases. Why do we worry, lower our self esteem stress, etc; when our savior is in control?

We let our emotions take over and we lose so much control that we tend to forget the words of our lord who has showed us nothing more then love.

2 Timothy 1:7

And the Lord says;

” For the spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love , and self-discipline.”

We are not alone, we go into battles with our lord who loves us who watches over us everyday and every night.

“What the lord has started, he hasn’t finish.”

God’s timing is perfect, we must cast our cares on the Lord.God is working things out behind the scenes.

Philippians 1:6

” being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”

“For the Lord is your security, he will keep your foot from being caught in a trap.”

The lord don’t teach us the wicked remember the lord teaches us love and care for one another. And mostly to love our self’s.

Proverbs 3:26

” for the Lord shall be thy confidence, and shall keep they foot from being taken will.”

We are told in the Bible that we can ” come boldly to the throne of our gracious God.” We don’t have to approach timidly or feel awkward-we can come before him with confidence, assurance, and boldness.

We don’t have to be ashamed to pray or speak to the Lord about our insecurities or our fears because he already knows what’s our troubles and worries. Never be afraid to speak to our father, the alpha omega Jesus to knows it all.

Hebrews 4:16

” lets us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”
